Hi, one of our trappers has registered with TrapNZ, I think successfully, but cannot get into the system. Instead, receives something like:
“user name Susan already taken”
and doesn’t accept my password which seems to clash with my gmail address.
“access denied”
The trapper is a new trapper, who I assigned to their trap sometime during the last two weeks. I have checked the trap record and it has the correct email address assigned to the trap. An earlier email from TrapNZ gave them the following link:

Being not tech savvy I would like some help in installing a photo on a forum discussion .I have downloaded it onto pictures on my computer. Thanks.
