When reporting bugs or issues…

  1. Check the other posts in the category to see if the bug has already been reported.
  2. Describe the problem in detail.
  3. If it is a problem on the website, please tell us what operating system, browser and version you are using. If it is a problem with the app, please let us know whether it is iOS or Android and the version.
  4. If you can supply a screenshot, that is often very helpful.

Hi, When I enter non catch trap data in the app (such as bait missing, rebated etc) this is transferred over to the website but it is always recording ‘adult’ in the catch section. Is this a bug or my settings?

Hi I run a reasonably large project and we have trap records falling off. Has this been able to be addressed and corrected?

hi the walk the line feature hasnt been working well. has there been other reported issues?
