Adding catches to supplementary traps

Kia ora,

Having some issues updating some catches today, couldn’t find anyone else on the forum having the same problem…

When I bulk add catches, the main trap adds catches fine, but when I add catches to the “mouse traps” (which are almost all installed as supplementary traps), some records don’t want to sync.
THEN when I go to check if I’ve done all the records for that day, I notice that my attempt at adding catches to the mouse traps that are supplementary traps has saved over the records I just put in for the DOC150 traps.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see what you mean that the supp trap records seem to be overwriting the DOC150 records, but I’m not sure what you mean when you say some records don’t want to sync. Could you please email me on support@trap.nz with this and a bit more info on the process you’re taking that’s causing these problems?
