Aggregate same-date trap records

New user here. I manually put in my AT220 trap records that I had been storing in a spreadsheet over the last several months, and where there were multiple catches on the same day I now have separate records (this was before I was aware what the “strikes” field was for).

You have a “Same date trap records” report that has the option to “Delete duplicate trap records”, would it be possible to add a new option to “Merge duplicate trap records” that would keep a single record with the sum of the counts?

I think your best option would be to “delete duplicate records” and then go back and edit the strikes count manually for the remaining record.

Thanks, yeah that’s what I’ve now done, so the option would only help the next user to make the same mistake :slight_smile:
