New Samsung Android System .
I Have tried three times Uninstalling and reinstalling … it won’t move past the spinning arrow.

i am having the same trouble with phone app. I have uninstalled
reinstalled etc, still want open. having to record on paper then ;load manually on computer.
is there a solution ?

There has been a new app version released yesterday - 4.1.13 - that should fix this issue. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling today, and let us know if you’re still having issues after that.
