Have been recording the Bait when re-baiting traps, using iPhone, however when I go back to check the records, something completely different if often recorded? Anyone else had this issue?

If you are able to provide an example that would help us debug it. A screen shot of the entry in the logs on your phone, and also the mismatched website record would be ideal.
