My added bait info when logging bait station checks keep disappearing from time to time. Meaning I have to re log bait, block, toxin for all bait stations. Can go for months working all good then just dissaperas. Am I doing something wrong?

You are not alone in having this problem. I look forward to when it is resolved.
Yes it is a known issue which is very painful. It is fixed in the next version (v4.x.x) and we’re expecting that to be released this month after testing.
