Bait Stations: Simplifying Bait remaining to 1/2 block increments

My team is having issues with the current bait remaining feature for bait stations on Trap.NZ. Using the scrolling feature on bait remaining in the field is very time consuming to accurately input the data.

Could this be simplified like the bait added feature, but have it use ½ block increments?

Note you’re not limited to using the scroll/slider. You can also select the number and enter it via the keypad, which will no doubt be quicker if you want a precise number.
