I’m learning how to use the app for bird counts. Even though I’m entering birds as “seen” or “heard” during the 5min count, the data produced just shows the total count with zero’s in the Heard and Seen areas. Is this normal?

Yes I’m finding the same issue here - is this able to be resolved so that the results come up under “seen” or “heard” rather than just totals?

Thanks for letting us know! If the data is being entered as “seen” and “heard”, then it should be recorded that way - sounds like a bug on our end! I’ve passed this on to the dev team

Any luck with this bug in your system for bird counts? I’ve just done 3 more bird monitoring sites using “heard” and “seen” on my phone, yet the data has not come through onto the website. All I have is totals.
