Catches over time report

Hi, I’d like some help with this report. Or perhaps another report.

What I want to be able to see is the catches we have made over a certain time. So for instance, our group does 2 week pulses, 4 times a year. And I’d like to be able to see how many rats and possums we caught during that time.

So I have been trying to use the Catches Over Time report. And I can’t really figure out how to use it.

For instance, if I leave the trap type as ‘Unspecified’ I get no results, but if I choose a single one like Timms or T-Rex, I get results. I know I have to click ‘Apply’ each time.

Also, the report shows the time of day along with the date. What is the purpose of this?

I actually think a description somewhere of what each report it designed to show would be good.

Hi David,

Unspecified is a type of trap, not a wild card for all traps. If you want to report on all traps, select them all ( or CTRL + A inside the field), or each type you want included (SHIFT + Click multiple types.)

You might find either the Monthly Catches table or chart reports more useful.
