When you “invite” a member, the member’s name is automatically created based on their email. In the world of gmail, that can be pretty random. But I can’t change their name to something recognisable. (I am admin.) Is there a way? Have I missed something?
You are correct. If someone creates an account themselves they can set their own name and username but if you invite them through email we only have the email address to create the account with. But once an invited user has logged in they can change their name to anything they want and their username to anything that isn’t already taken.
