Coverage Map of Trap Locations

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a resource for producing a coverage map based on trap locations.

We don’t want to show the exact location of traps, but like the capture heat map.

Does anyone do this or know how it can be done? It will help us to decide where to drop of flyers for our group. And show it on our website so people can see how we are tracking for coverage?

There’s a linked how to document in the third post, of the thread below but I haven’t tried it yet.

Haven’t tried it myself, but it looks like the Geocoordinate option at this site might be useful.

If you go onto the Trap NZ then reports, you can bring up the trap records by map.
