Is it possible to great default weights for bait recording in grams rather than kilograms?
This would save so many mistakes for people who have trouble with decimal point.

I’ve seen that too - and even for people who know where the decimal point goes, there are always typos. I’d definitely encourage baiters to use the app rather than the website form. Alternatively, for a longer line, I often enter the data into a spreadsheet (having first downloaded the station identifiers off TrapNZ to save typing those), save as csv, and upload the whole lot in one go. I find it much easier to check for data entry errors using Excel filters, plus you can use “fill” for all the identical fields like bait type.
