Deleting a member

Please help. I would like to tidy up the members list under a Project. The options are: Active
Pending & blocked.
How do i remove them entirely?

@hollie if you are an administrator you can access the members tab, select the members you want to remove by ticking the checkbox beside their name, then click the Operations box above the names and select “revoke members” once you have confirmed this they will be removed from the project. If you are still having issues with removing them please email support@trap.nz and give me the name of the project so I can see why you are having issues

Ok great thanks. I did that now. So why are they still in the members list. Now under trapper and not Admin?

Actually they are still there. I want to remove them entirely!

Is there anyone I can call to sort?

you can call 0800 trap.nz or email support@trap.nz with the members names you want to remove and name of the project
