"Edit" in list of members

In the list of members, the “Edit” option on the far right show “E” and part of the “d”, so until you know that’s what is happening you cannot find how to edit the Members’ information.
Please can it be made visible, perhaps with editing of other column widths?

I will email an example. I’m using a PC - notebook so smaller screen, but there is plenty of room in the browser window,

If you have time could you please add a screen shot?

There is a full usability review coming up so this will be fixed within that process.
