Export from multiple projects resulting in empty file

Recently, when exporting trap records from multiple projects, the downloaded file (either .xls or .csv) contains only headings and no data. The files are only 1 KB file and export instantly, rather than taking several minutes.

I have found that in order to export the data normally, I need to do an export from just one project first (which seems to work fine). Following that, the multiple project export will function normally. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Ant,

I haven’t been able to reproduce this behaviour, can you point me to a project or projects where this is happening?

Hi Scott,

Thanks for checking that. It had been happening for a few months but actually worked fine when I tried it again today (yay!). Maybe the recent upgrade has solved it?
