How to change numbers of traps

We want to reorganise system for ease of use and edit trap numbers. Is this possible? Thanks.

To the best of my knowledge you can always modify a trap name/number as this is not used as a unique identifier within the system. The actual identifier appears at the top left of the screen after you click on a trap, in the form trap.nz/node/9999999 . Hope this is helpful.
