How to log gun killed catche

If there were to be kills, safely in a rural area by guns (shooting) should we/ how do we log these?

I just create a new trap called air rifle. Bait is lead pellets. I shoot in an urban area with a quiet air rifle. I let the neighbours know so they don’t call the AOS.

So when you shoot a possum is it classed as re-baiting the possum or shooting it.
