I can't re-install the trapnz app

Hi, on the weekend I had trouble with traps not showing on the app. I had to set up someone else on trapnz that morning, so I uninstalled trapnz and tried reinstalling (which has been a quick fix in the past). But I couldn’t reinstall the app. The message I got was ‘your device is not compatible with this version’. The person I then tried setting up on the app had exactly the same message on his phone. I’m still getting this message. I coordinate a community trapping programme… So really need some advice on what to do. Cheers, Claudia

As a temporary workaround, is everything still working correctly if you access TrapNZ through your phone’s web browser? Or is that having the same issue?

If you are on an Android phone, we might have small apology. In version v6.3.6 we upped the minimum Android version, but it was higher than it needed to be. That has now been dropped back a little in v6.3.7 which is the current live release.

Please try another install and let us know how that goes, and if it fails let us know which Android version you have (Phone Settings > About phone > Software information > Android version.

Thanks for getting back to me! It says One UI version 6.0, Android version 14.

Just to confirm, v6.3.7 did install okay?
