When I move a trap to new position and sync, after I have left the trap line i open app again and the trap is back where i moved it from or I have a duplicate, one in new and one in old position.
I have the latest software version, what an i doing wrong?
@temaruagc eeek that’s a new one, can you please tell me the steps you take when this happens so we can look into it for you
The app seems to be working now, i have moved more traps and the new position is staying in place.

I somehow limited the bait options and want to add whole egg as an option. can you help please.

@temaruagc it might be that you’ve accidentally customised your lure dropdown list on the app. Try opening a new record, clicking “relure” to get to the lure dropdown, then click the little cogwheel next to where it says “lures”. This is a setting to personalise your drop-down lure list if your project settings include a lot of lures you don’t use. Either re-tick egg (if you’ve already got a custom list) or untick all the boxes (if you want to see the full list in your dropdown).
Alternatively, if egg isn’t on that list and you are an admin for your project, check that the project categories include whole egg: Adding your terms into project categories | Trap.NZ Help & User guides
