Does anyone know what the grey question mark means beside the green wifi symbol on the app?
@gillian.wadams it is displayed when the trap records time is later than the sensor records time meaning we know the trap has been touched, but we have no sensor record to determine if it was left open or closed. The next heartbeat should sort that out…
