Import sighting records from CSV

G’day.
I see we can now record one-off sightings, but couldn’t figure out how to record more than one at a time.
I have a spreadsheet with a little over two years worth of reported sightings, so it would be nice to easily import all at once into trapnz.

@tail_chaser If you have the GPS coordinates with them we can see what we are able to do.

@lenore-admin, is there a way to convert existing sightings that have been recorded as POIs to the new format? No urgency, but I expect other projects may have the same issue at some point.
