Importing records to Bird count monitoring

Hi
I am wanting to import previous bird count records
I am in the process of setting up the bird type columns

  1. Do I need to use the exact spelling for “Available bird species”
  2. do they have to be in the same order of the template?
  3. can i detete the rest ?

  1. Yes the spelling is important and the examples required are shown on the import page
  2. No they can be in other orders
  3. Yes you can delete any unused columns
