Hi. Is anyone else having problems opening the trap nz. I have been trying for three days. And it just keeps trying to load.
Do you mean on the App or webpage?
I have had no issues today, sometimes the app on the phone gets confused and logoff and on fixes it?
Hi @maryanneason - can you please try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work please try uninstalling and re-installing the app.

I’m way better at pest control than computer skills🤔 if i unstall will it save all my records. Ive been using this app for nearly two years
Yes - all your records are stored on the website. You can safely re-install the app.
