Pest Free Kaipatiki Restoration Trust (PFK) now has 9 years of chewcard surveys for each year from the same place at the same time. In TrapNZ! We would like to compare the mean annual index with a national index of the number of pests based on mast years, weather etc that influences the numbers so we can isolate the weather and see a better trend. There are approximately 90 lines and 900 stations.
TrapNZ reporting does not have a Relative Abundance Index (RAI) report so we calculate this externally from the raw statistics.
Is there a national long term index that we can use? Maybe TrapNZ could do a series for us?
