Menu bar and hamburger missing (Android)

The top menu bar and menu hamburger have gone missing from my app. So, I can’t change projects and I can’t reset the app (both options under the hamburger). App version 6.0.2-beta.1 Android v 11.

Try ensuring that you have fully closed the app from the home screen, if that doesn’t fix it you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Hi there,

One of my volunteers is having this issue, I will suggest this fix to her. I assume that all data that hasn’t synced with the website will be lost if she has to uninstall and reinstall the app?

HI there, I have also had this happen when I was on the Android version one before this new upgrade 6.2.30 and had to reinstall to get the menu bar back. It happened when I went into a trap to look at its installation information but did not enter a catch when I backed out the menu was gone. So thankfully I had no records to lose.
