Monitoring report data fields

Kia ora,

I’ve been checking through some of our monitoring data and noticed that the export of monitoring records doesn’t include all data fields. In particular I am keen to be able to retrieve both start and end date (currently only start date is shown in the report), and disturbed status (which is a component of the small mammal tracking index calculation.). Recorded by is also missing, though less crucial to day to day operations.
Could these please be added to the report?
