Hi there, I am finding that if I have patchy reception it seems the phone is sending the records multiple times. For example I have installed some tool, but later it shows 4 duplicates of those installations. This is also the case for records submitted. And while easy enough to tease out for installations, or using the “same day” reports for traps and bait stations there is no same day report for monitoring records. Cheers,
I’ve noticed the same just today with bait station installations and records. It doesn’t seem to have been an issue before, in my limited experience.

Thanks for the heads up, I believe this is fixed. There is a new release in open beta testing (v3.3.1), if you see it again with that version it would be great if you could let us know.
