New member can't see any project data?

We have a new member who has recently joined our group. She subscribed to our project and has been activated and given editor status by us, but when she uses her phone app no line or trap information is showing up. She see the map of our area, but no traps show up. She’s tried signing out and back in, but no luck. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I have that problem also - upgraded my iPhone to the latest model and now can’t see project data on trap.nz but worked fine on the older model
