new member unable to log catch records even tho the traps are assigned to them and they are administrators
Hi @Tina.W - new members must have validated their account (via the link in the confirmation email) before they can log records.
If they requested membership (rather than you inviting them) please make sure their membership is activated under the Members tab.
If that’s not the issue then please send through member name, the project name, and example trap names we can investigate further - send to email@example.com
