I’m new to trap.nz I’ve just created an account and created a project which I intend to use for the traps on our farm. When I open the iOS app the map is blank. I’ve tried going to menu and changing to medium or low resolution map tiles but it still won’t load
Click 3 bars at top right corner to open menu.
Click General Settings, put a tick in ‘Enable base map options - topographic’
or on map screen click the ‘layer’ tab above the ‘search’ magnifier glass icon, click on Base map chose either ‘satellite or topographic’ options
I’ve tried all that, it still hasn’t worked???
I have a new trapper for our project saying he has the same issue. So hopefully I can grab his iPhone sometime and find out a solution for you.
