No Active Batch?

When we try and download our Trap records as csv file, the website returns to the home page and has the error message “No Active Batch”

You can download the data as a XLS file fine.

Gary, are you able to reproduce this and if so could you note the steps?

Yes, but it is working fine now. Maybe at the time the website was busy

Here is how I did it

(1) Click on Reports
(2) Trap Records
(3) Scroll down and select “Download CSV”
