When I click on a trap number and it opens the map of trap location it defaults to ESRI satellite as the base layer, but that ESRI layer is not available at the default zoom level so the background is blank, but the LINZ aerial imagery has that zoom resolution.
The LINZ aerial imagery is newer and has better resolution so it would be great to be able to make it the default base layer.
I have a similar question. I much prefer the LINZ Aerial Imagery (to the comparatively gloomy ESRI image) for clarity and detail. I can change to this on any aerial image brought up using the layers menu but want to know if I can change the default.
