I have added a new trap using the phone app. How long does it take for the data on the website to be updated?

Hi, I was having this issue the other day too. Sorted it by using my phone log to see where I added it while out in the field, then adding it on the website.
Was there another way you fixed it?

We had a brief issue (between 22 to 24 June) where traps added from the app weren’t being assigned to a project (so it looked like they just disappeared). There were only 1/2 dozen traps (one was yours obviously) added before this was fixed. You may just want to check for double-ups if you added the trap again via the website.
