Raw mutton fat supplier

Hello fellow trappers.

Cam Speedy speaks highly of raw mutton fat as a stoat lure but i am having trouble finding any. I have visited a bunch of butchers in Auckland but none have been any help at all. Can someone recommend a supplier, from anywhere in NZ?

@roger.firth I would suggest you contact a butcher who does home kill as a lot of the mainstream butchers would not be working with mutton, and most customers would not be wanting to keep the mutton fat.
