Removing tags from traps in bulk

Having issues removing tags from traps. Instructions on how to do it are easy to follow (below):
Manage traps > selected traps > choose an operation > Remove tags from stations > Execute > Bulk unassign the following tags to 30 traps > select traps > Next > Confirm

However, when it says it’s “Performed Remove tags” when I check the traps the tags have not been removed.

@sturner can you please email support@trap.nz with the name of the project, name of tags to be removed and installations you want them removed from so I can see what is happening.
