Is it possible to change the name (number/code) of an installation?
Hi, if you just mean can you change the name you previously allocated to a trap, then yes you can … Each trap is assigned a “node” by the system, so changing your name for the trap doesn’t affect anything such as the data associated with that trap.
Kia ora Jo, Yep, on the website just click on the installation you want to rename, either it will open the page with all the details and up the top under the name of the trap will be an ‘edit’ button.
Or if you click on the trap on a map, it will just pop up with a bubble that says view or edit. Click edit.
Once you’ve selected edit via whatever method, it will open the installation page with the ability to edit everything about it including the name
