Retired tools not showing on trapper's phone log

Kia ora Lenore,

Someone has accidentally retired some tools while their phone was in their pocket this morning. However, when I asked to see the logs on their phone there is no record of any tools being retired. I managed to discover a live cage that had been retired, but I’m worried there may be other tools they have retired that I can’t immediately see. Is there a way to see what tools a trapper has retired?

Thanks,
Emma.

Kia ora @emma.whitton you can go into the website and open the section where you think they may have retired installations from e.g traps then go to manage traps (or other types as needed) then in the filters change Any to retired. This will then show all the installations that have been retired. Fortunately it isn’t an easy option to accidentally retire an installation, so there shouldn’t be too many.

Thanks Lenore  I will go through and double check stations on the website. Do you think a log entry for retired stations is a good feature app request?

@emma.whitton If you want to view a list of the retired installations you can download the CSV. But it might be good to be able to have a report that you can filter dates etc

@lenore-admin I’d also be keen to be able to see all activity on the app log, including notes added to installations, renames, moves, etc. Occasionally I find my offline app edits have disappeared/reverted between visits, and it would be handy to know for sure whether it’s a sync issue or something else (e.g. another trapper editing them back).
