Retired traps still showing for other users

Hi, I’ve been retiring traps quite happily on my phone for a while now, and they disappear from both the app and the website on my account. Everyone else is still seeing the traps/bait stations I’ve retired and I can still see traps other people have retired. We’re all assigned as “managers”.

I haven’t asked the others to try resyncing or reinstalling the app yet, but I was seeing ones that others have retired on the website.

@sam_willowbank try using the trap.nz app phone menu, Project settings and synchronise the project.
Can you let me know if this helps please?

Yes, that did fix it. So I’ll need to tell them to push the synchronise button regularly to keep it updated.
