how do I ‘retire’ a supplementary trap? And also how can I convert a supplementary trap to a stand alone trap - my preference is now to have each trap as standalone with its own identifier.
Hi there. “Supplementary” traps can be used to cater for double traps sets, or if you have more than one trap at the same location (a mousetrap thrown inside a DOC200, for example). They inherit the same coordinates and other details from the main trap.
You can’t retire supplementary traps separately or convert to a standalone trap. However, you can simply retire the main trap and create two new ones. All the trap records will be retained for that location. Hope that helps!
