Some records failed to submit

Hi all. I’m new to trapping and utilising the TrapNZ App. I have two dates in my project log where I get a notification every time I log in “Some records failed to submit”. “Please review the project logs”.
In the app I go into my Project Log for the two dates and select Clear. This removes them initially but they reappear when I log back in.

I would appreciate some help / direction to clear these please.

Could you please send me an email at support@trap.nz with the following info:

  • a screenshot of your project logs
  • which project you’re having this issue with
  • what device you are using
  • what version of the app you have installed (Menu > About)
