Track file shows in the TNZ app but not in desktop version

I recorded two track files yesterday, first time doing this. I can see the track files in the app - great. But when I log into Trap.NZ on my laptop I can’t see the tracks.
I also can’t “share” the tracks - as nothing happens when I select this option.
Will I have to revert to using my Garmin GPS to record and share tracks with my boss? Thanks.

kia ora @blueyfm9 When you open the recorded tracks on the app, then click on the specific track you want to add to the website, does it not show an option to hide, share or delete? If it does, you need to share the file as a wicket file which can easily be saved into notepad or similar, remove the speech marks and use the file to create accurate lines. Always share as an email. If you do not have the share button, can you please let me know the version of the app you using and the type of phone.

Kia ora Lenore, thanks for your reply and yes I can see the options to hide, share and delete. But when I choose “share” and then the “wicket” option, nothing happens. I don’t get a message to say a file was generated or where it was sent to. I’m left sitting in the hide/share/delete screen. I’m using v 6.4.11 (603) on a Samsung S21FE phone. Kaa mihi, bluey

@blueyfm9 If you have a files folder in your phone it may be in there

I checked the My Files app on my Samsung phone before logging the forum post. There’s nothing there @lenore-admin

@blueyfm9 I will pass this to the developers they may have more ideas

Thank you, very grateful @lenore-admin

Hello @lenore-admin, is there any word from the developers yet regarding a solution to this issue of the “inability to download TNZ track files from Android phones” please?
Many thanks, Fiona

@blueyfm9 there appears to be a bug and there is no timeframe as yet to a fix. If you need access to the track you can add it to the project as a Point of Interest (an option when clicking on the track) this will then add it to your project. I do suggest if you don’t want your map filled with extra lines you filter out the POI unless needed
