Trap Condition Field

Hi, Would appreciate any resonse if there are feilds within the app to log trap condition? Currently we add DOC200 trap condition to notes such as:

  • Trap Box (Housing) rating from 1,2, or 3
  • Front Baffle rating from 1,2,or 3
  • 2nd (trap) baffle rating from 1,2,or 3
  • Trap mechanisim rating from 1, 2, or 3
    Ratings are 1 = Good condition, 2 = On its way out, 3 = replace
    so a typical note will be: 1,1,1,3
