Trap records entered on phone app do not sych or show in records

We have been entering trap conditions and catches for the last two weeks, but they are not updating to TrapNZ or show in the log.
have done a soft reset, logged off and on but still the same issue

@temaruagc There is a bug in the latest release that doesn’t show in all phones. If this is happening to you. Ensure all the logs have been sync’d then complete a hard reset. This will then allow the app to operate correctly. (Menu- Settings- Advanced settings- Hard reset)
