Trapper can not Login

Hi, one of our trappers has forgotten his login details so can not login. Please, what advice can I give him? He has 3 kills to report.

Hi Paul,

There is a forgotten password link on the app login page (after a failed login attempt,) or he can use the ‘reset passord’ link on the website.

If the trapper has forgotten which email address he used then a project administrator will need to login and look through the members list to find that.
