Dear Trap NZ
I did ask before for a new category of member called visitor or guest. It would be to give access to people who have an interest in a trapping organization such as mine. At the moment I have to make them ‘manager’ which means they could potentially change things or insert things. I would like the new category to show all my traps on phone and computer but without being able to change anything.

I like your suggestion for a read-only access category!
Alternatively, there are a couple of recent feature requests related to “can my favourite reports be emailed automatically” (like this and this). Are your ‘read-only’ people needing to look at the full dataset themselves, or could some of the report and/or data export functions work for them if an admin had the power to set up something like “email the Trap records with map report to me/someone else every week”?
I think this is a great idea - Read only user category 
What about putting it under “feature request” so we can vote for it.?
