What format of trapping roster is everyone using? Or do you have any feedback on what hasn’t worked?
Also, if you’ve got multiple trap lines for your group, do you have a lead person for each trapline? Does that help simplify or does it just add complexity?

Here at PFW (Predator Free Wanaka) we have numerous traplines.
Each line has a coordinator who manages their own roster for that line as well as a bag with tools & bait. It’s up the each coordinator to do what works for their group. Most have a shared google doc with the roster. The coordinator will send a reminder to each volunteer (via text/email/WhatsApp) when their turn is coming up & manage roster swaps if required. Some enter the catch data for their volunteers who do not use the TrapNZ App. Line coordinators will also review traps and move them if underperforming.
