Hello, we have attempted to retire the DOC150 traps off the Bridle Track, ZigZag and Lookout lines multiple times both using the app and the desktop but they just keep showing. Could you please have a look at why they refuse to disappear off the ohone app?

Hello, can we resolve this issue please? I have retired these traps about 5 times now but they just won’t budge. Thanks!
Kia ora @sforder It turns out the traps you want to retire are supplementary traps, which is usually double traps so in order to retire the supplementary trap, you need to retire the “host” trap as well.
OK, we have switched the host trap to a single set, do I colocate a new trap and retire the old one? Thanks!
Hello! I have retired the DOC 200 traps that had ghost DOC150 supplementary traps associated with them and created whole new traps. Now BOTH traps are appearing in the app. How can we get these retired ones to NOT SHOW any more. Thanks so much 
@sforder is this on the bridle line? I can see the DOC 200’s but no DOC 150’s have you retired the DOC 200’s? it shows (22)
