Hello, we have attempted to retire the DOC150 traps off the Bridle Track, ZigZag and Lookout lines multiple times both using the app and the desktop but they just keep showing. Could you please have a look at why they refuse to disappear off the ohone app?

Hello, can we resolve this issue please? I have retired these traps about 5 times now but they just won’t budge. Thanks!
Kia ora @sforder It turns out the traps you want to retire are supplementary traps, which is usually double traps so in order to retire the supplementary trap, you need to retire the “host” trap as well.
