Un able to import a trap record

The import traps records from CSV spreadsheet accepts traps codes such as T1,T2 etc .
I have a number of intermediate traps that have been added and have loaded the traps on Trapnz as T1a, T3a etc. the importer will not load the record for these trap even though the code is unique.

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you please email us on support@trap.nz with your query, and attach a copy of the CSV file you’re having trouble with, and any error messages you’re seeing when you try to upload?
