Is this correct? look like its missing options to add monitoring data

Yes this is correct when loading this page. You need to click the ‘Apply’ button to see the Monitoring Stations listed in a table below that filter bar. You don’t need to use the filters, you can just click ‘Apply’.
The filters you can see allow you to filter which monitoring stations you want to add records to, and provides some options for default values of your records.
